Then, milk and yogurt, which is more healthy?

Especially for gastrointestinal poor people, it may also resulting indigestion symptoms.

Yogurt is different, it contains lactic acid which helps the body’s gastrointestinal peristalsis during the night. It can also help to prevent constipation.

Anja suggests,  preferably you eat yogurt about two hours after dinner, and avoid eating yogurt when you have an empty stomach. Because then the lactic acid bacteria in yogurt can be easily killed by gastric acid, the function of yogurt would be weakened.
